Side effects

Like all medicines Tamoxifen 10 mg tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Occasionally, some people may suffer from stomach or intestinal disorder, headaches, headaches,
menstrual disorders, heat flashes, genital itching, vaginal discharge or bleeding, fluid retention,
hypertriglyceridaemia (increased blood lipid levels) sometimes with pancreatitis (pain or pain)
sensation in the upper abdomen), skin rashes or itching or peeling of the skin, hair thinning or
inflammation of the lung (which may have the same symptoms as pneumonia,
dyspnoea and cough).
Other possible events are changes in vision or difficulty seeing correctly as a result of cataracts or
changes in the cornea or retina, increased risk of blood clotting, lighter bruising,
ovarian cycles or some liver problems such as jaundice. Other possible events affect the
endometrium (uterine lining) that can also be seen as discomfort in the pelvis or as vaginal
Bleeding. It is important that you tell your doctor immediately if you have any unusual bleeding from the vagina, menstrual irregularities, vaginal discharge or difficulty in the pan, such as pain or pressure when taking tamoxifen or at any time later. This is because there may be several changes in the lining of the uterus (endometrium), some of which may be serious and may involve cancer. At the beginning of breast cancer treatment, symptoms of the disease may sometimes be aggravated, such as increasing pain or increasing the size of the affected tissue. If you have excessive nausea, vomiting or thirst, tell your doctor as this may mean changes in the amount of calcium in your blood and your doctor may want to check for it. Do not forget about this list of possible events. Maybe you do not have any of them.
If you have any other side effects or if you think your medicine is causing any problems tell your doctor or pharmacist
STOP take Tamoxifen 10 mg tablets and contact your doctor immediately in any of the following situations:
If you have difficulty breathing with or without swelling of the face, lips, tongue and / or throat.
If you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue and / or throat, which may cause difficulty in swallowing.
If you develop a swelling of your hands, feet or ankles.
If you develop urticaria ("urticaria" or "urticaria")
